Delivery for all orders is expected within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we gladly accept returns and exchanges!

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery.

Post items back to us within: 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in 100% new condition. It must be in the exact same condition as when you received it, with all protective films intact and untampered.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is brand new with all components included, we will process a full refund or begin the exchange process.
